Detailed Instructions for Submitting Entries to the Digital Competition

 

1. Zenfolio will accept jpg, tiff, and gif file formats but it is strongly recommended that your image be submitted in jpeg format and there is no size requirement, but at a 1MB file size will be large enough.
2. The file name for each image is to include the member's first name, last name, title of image Example: Jane Smith - Rose in Garden1.jpg : IMPORTANT – If the image is not submitted using the proper naming convention it will be removed prior to judging.
3. Go to http://westbridge.zenfolio.com
4. Scroll to the bottom on the page and Click on “Login” at the very bottom right of the page. Then enter the email address using westbridge (all lower case letters NOT your personal e-mail address) and the password all lower case letters.  Contact Carol Shurlow at shurlowc751@gmail.com or Al Siegel at Al@alandlouise.us to obtain the login and password if you need it. The password will be given out to members only.
5. Click on the “My Zenfolio” screen icon upper right had corner and click on the “dashboard” icon.
6. Click on “Photos” icon
7. On the left side under Organizer select the gallery you want to enter images to. .  Example September 20, 1017 Gray Open.
8. Click on “Upload”.  You can drag and drop your photo into the box on the screen OR click the +Add Photos, Videos or Raw file icon and choose the file location of the photo. Make Sure The Image Is Named and Sized Correctly Before Uploading.
9. Click on the small box or boxes next to the photo and Click on the icon “Start Upload”
10. The screen will show the status of the upload. The larger the file size the longer it takes.
11. Once the upload is finished, a pop up indicating “upload finished” appears, click “close”.
12. Your photos should now show up in the gallery. You may add a name and title under the photo under the small rectangular box underneath the photo if you forgot to do so originally.
13. If you want to remove and/or replace an image, scroll your mouse over the image and click on the down arrow on the bottom right. This will allow you to make your selection.

    Email images to Scarlet@Westbridgecc.com Or Grey@Westbridgecc.com  or Gray@Westbridgcc.com  The images sent using this method will be down loaded and entered into the Zenfolio site by one of the digital committee members.  Note this may not be done until the deadline day.
